Our constant goal is to provide the best possible service and experience to our customers. This e-shop enables both our customers and all internet users to be informed immediately about the products we offer, as well as to make their purchases electronically.

The user has the right to conclude a valid order through the online store, as long as he is legally competent in compliance with the provisions of the Greek Civil Code (if he has reached the age of eighteen and is not in legal aid regarding the conclusion of a sales contract). Orders can also be placed by legal representatives of legal entities. We reserve the right to demand the return by the supervisor or guardian of any orders that will be made by legally incompetent persons.

7. ORDERING THROUGH THE ONLINE STORE

To place an order in the online store www.annamariabeleniotis.gr are required:

7.1 ORDERING PROCESS
The order is completed in three steps.

In the 1st step, entering the “My Cart” form, you will be asked to select the products you wish to order. Then press the button “CHECKOUT”, which leads us to the 2nd step.

In the 2nd step you will be asked for all the details about the order: 1. Details and billing address, 2. Shipping details and address if different from the billing, 3. Method of Payment (COD, Credit card, bank deposit), 4. Comments regarding the order. Depending on the payment method you choose, the corresponding form “loads” for you.

To complete the order, you will be asked to accept the terms of use which we suggest you have read before completing your order by clicking the “PLACE ORDER” button. You have the opportunity to make one last check of your order before proceeding with its completion.

7.2 METHODS OF PAYMENT

For the convenience and service of all those who wish to buy from our online store, www.annamariabeleniotis.gr has the following alternative payment methods:

• • By debiting your credit card. Via credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners. Your credit card will be charged upon successful completion of your order.
    It is important that you provide a contact telephone number and a valid e-mail address.
    In case your credit card is not approved by your bank, we reserve the right to cancel your order. You will be redirected to Eurobank secure environment in order to enter your card details. We do not collect card data on our website.
  • Cash on delivery at the time you receive the products. Payment by cash on delivery method is not valid for shipments outside Greece.
  • By deposit in a bank account. Deposit the amount in the following available accounts within 2 working days from the day you placed the order Attention: If we do not receive your payment along with the reason for the order within 2 working days, your order is automatically canceled and we send you a confirmation e-mail cancellation. The execution and delivery of your order depends on the date of confirmation of your transaction.
    It is necessary to enter your name as well as the order code in the Bank depository so that we can easily locate your payment and confirm your order. The amount you need to deposit is mentioned in the “Total” field of your order. The available accounts are the following:

    After making the deposit you will need to send the proof of deposit by email to sales@annamariabeleniotis.gr. Orders paid through the Bank are sent after payment after the necessary approval from our accounting department.

    When the deposit is made by any other Greek or foreign bank, any transaction costs are borne exclusively by the customer and in no case www.annamariabeleniotis.gr. To avoid any additional charges or delays in updating the payment of your order in our system, deposit the amount directly to one of the cooperating banks.

    The products are bound only after the full price payment is submitted to the bank, provided that there is availability of the product on the date of deposit. In case your products are out of stock, the money will be refunded immediately to your account within 8 working days.

9. MISCELLANEOUS

Force majeure: If for reasons of force majeure (eg bad weather, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products to you within the prescribed time we will inform you by phone or e-mail, in order to tell us if you wish, under these conditions, the completion of your order. Www.annamariabeleniotis.gr does not bear any responsibility for any situation that is beyond our fault and we will do what is humanly possible for the best possible service.

In cases where you have placed an online order and upon receipt you find that some (or some) product is missing from the total order, please contact us to arrange all the necessary details and we will send you the products you did not receive without any extra charge.

Modification of the present terms: www.annamariabeleniotis.gr reserves the right to modify or renew the terms and conditions of transactions. We undertake the obligation to update this text for any change or addition to the terms.
